How long does shipping take for back-to-school orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak back-to-school seasons (August and September), please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Do you offer discounts for bulk teacher or school district orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk purchases. Please contact our institutional sales team via the 'Bulk Orders' page to receive a custom quote for your classroom or school.
What is your return policy for unused supplies?
We accept returns on all unopened and unused school supplies within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Are the art supplies and markers non-toxic?
Safety is our priority. All markers, crayons, and glues sold at ABC School Supplies are AP-certified non-toxic and safe for use by students of all ages.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For registered schools, we also support Purchase Orders (POs) upon credit approval.
